Find Support

Pregnancy and the postpartum period bring real changes, both physically and emotionally. This is completely normal, but maintaining your maternal mental health while pregnant or after having a baby can be a challenge.

Maternal mental health concerns can develop anytime during pregnancy or in the first year after birth. Feeling tearful, anxious, overwhelmed or not like yourself at times is common. But if worry, hopelessness, panic, trouble sleeping or loss of interest in things you enjoy begins to feel hard to manage, you may be experiencing depression or anxiety. This is treatable. You are not alone.

Maternal Mental Health matters. Getting support is a sign of strength.
